Halloween 2016

After a deadly epidemic left the city of Cabot Creek in ruins, a group of survivors fought their way through the hordes of undead to safety. But what began as a place of solace may very well be their final resting place. Picking up where 2015’s Outbreak left off, Extinction brings together the characters from both stories in an interesting way painting a very gruesome picture on a canvas that was once a quiet, oceanside town. But the infected aren’t the only thing the group has to worry about. Joining the ranks of the living are a group of renegade vigilantes with a little more than surviving on their minds. This is an interactive story where the individual characters’ lives are in the hands of you the reader.

For each day of October you will be presented with a story completely motivated by your decisions. It’s up to you to navigate the survivors through the story to safety...or leave them to die. At the end of each chapter, a poll will open with a list of choices for the reader to decide the characters’ fate. The next day, the story continues with the highest voted option and we will see who makes it out of this outbreak alive!

Polls close at 12 noon EST the following day and reopen at 8 pm EST. 

The story will start with 4 groups of (#) which will be represented in 7 chapters each. By chapter 29 the 4 groups will have dwindled and the remaining survivors will combine into one large group.
